What I initially thought was a small heap of old cloth or some other trash turned out to to be a dead bird. I wonder how long it must have stood there to decompose to such an extend? Judging by its size, I assume this is a sparrow, maybe a tit. I can't think of any other small birds that dwell in Sofia.
